Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If you are not happy, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will reply with instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is non refundable. Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without contact first may not be eligible.

If your item arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
