How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery within the US usually takes about 9 to 15 days, as items ship directly from our fulfilment partner. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Are the candles safe?
Yes. They are flameless LED candles, so there is no open flame, smoke, or wax. They are safe to leave glowing near children, pets, curtains, and tablecloths. Please keep batteries away from young children.
Do they come with a remote?
Yes. The set includes a remote with on, off, dimming, and a built-in timer. The candles are battery powered.
What is your return policy?

My tracking has not updated, what should I do?
Tracking can take a few days to show movement after it is created. If it has not updated after 7 days, email us with your order number and we will look into it right away.
